Why not at Shopping Centers?
Today as I was shopping for some fruit and snacks for my pregnant wife I found myself struck with a thought. This thought came to me after almost being hit by another persons cart and then moments later almost hitting someone with my own cart. Why haven't they come up with traffic laws for you to obey while driving at your local Super Center? I mean can't you see it; little lights above the lanes in the shopping center that tells you when you can go and when you can't at the intersections between the different sections. Living in the bureaucratic world I am surprised they haven't done it already. It would be great not to have to dance the you go, no I'll go, no you go dance in the supermarket because their would already be rules telling us when to go ourselves. Having spent time overseas in places like China I can tell you though this thought may sound silly, its not so silly if you have been caught in the Grey-hair section at a Chinese super-market. In all seriousness for many reasons it wouldn't work but with how much time I have spent in supermarkets lately its got me wondering if it would be such a bad thing.
